|Sunday 3/17/19 – In the Asheville Marathon & Half, held on and run entirely on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, runners will wind through paved and packed dirt roads to see hardwood forest, meadows, gardens, and extraordinary views of the Biltmore House and Estate. Over 50% of proceeds from this event go to The Priscilla Project! Priscilla Project is a fitness program that takes place at Summit CrossFit (currently 2x/week for the last 3 years) and that is specifically designed for individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities. This is a free class that builds community and quality of life through fitness, yoga, dance, and physical activity. Our goal is to build this program into something that can accommodate more individuals who could benefit from it in all different areas of WNC, North Carolina, and the country!
|Saturday 4/13/2019 – Atlanta Sprint – Lake Lanier, GA – The Sprint may be the shortest distance race, but it’s still a favorite amongst both new and returning racers. It’s the perfect distance for those looking to start their Spartan journey. The Sprint also allows returning racers a manageable distance to see how far they can push themselves.
