Group Classes

Group CrossFit classes are designed especially to help you look better and feel better.  Programming is varied to target all aspects of fitness.  The best part is that there is a community of like-minded individuals here to encourage you along the way.

Think you’re just “not in shape” yet to start? No worries, we’ve got a foundations program called On Ramp designed just for that! Our goal with these classes is to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. It is required of all new members. The movements that we use on a daily basis are unique and take time and practice to learn how to execute them well. These sessions will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and maximizing your results when you enter the normal group classes. We will also teach you about the basic methodology we use in your pursuit of fitness as well as assess your goals and establish a plan for achieving them.

On Ramp is comprised of five private sessions and run during their own time slot. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience between you and a coach.

Seniors Group Classes

What is SpinalFit? It’s an exercise program geared toward seniosr designed to help any BODY, regardless of health or fitness level, gradually increasing your Health with a safety focus.
How does SpinalFit work? Designed to work on those issues directly impacting seniors including strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance.  SpinalFit utilizes multiple exercises to strengthen spinal core muscles, retrain proper motor recruitment patterns of functional movements, and stimulate a neuro-endocrine hormonal release. Basically, it’s a total body workout designed with your safety in mind!
Who can do SpinalFit“Every BODY can do it!” We really mean it; SpinalFit is designed to accommodate everyone and is an especially great program for those with various needs, limitations, and injuries.

Nutrition Coaching

The Foundation

This one is easy. Wait, I take that back…it’s not easy. Nutrition is definitely the hardest thing for most people to make a lasting change with. But it’s also the thing that makes the biggest difference in your overall health and fitness. There is a lot of information on the web, but sometimes it helps to sit down face to face with a professional someone and hash out your questions and concerns with switching to a (probably) new nutritional lifestyle. Depending on your goals, these sessions can range from 30-60 minutes, with options for additional check-ins as needed.

Personal Training

At the heart of our programs success is our incredibly supportive community. Although our regular group classes are designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, there are times when private training works best.

You might be looking for some focused attention to master a new skill or maximize your efficiency with a current strength – things that go beyond what can be accomplished in a normal group setting.

This option also works well for the person who isn’t quite ready to work within the group setting.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results.

Private training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
